The Confectionery House is Australian owned and Australian operated, we aim to provide products for repackaging in the confectionery market which are of a high quality, competitively priced and readily available.

Since 1985 The Confectionery House has been manufacturing its own compound chocolate using Australian sugar, locally produced milk products, and imported cocoa butter substitute and cocoa powder. Compound chocolate forms the basis of our product range. Australian raw materials are used whenever possible.

We specialise in sugar panning, Chocolate panning and we are one of two Australian manufacturers of honeycomb. Today we continue to supply bulk confectionery all around Australia and we continue to grow and provide quality products to our customers.

In 2017 we have expanded our manufacturing platform and have moved into Premium Chocolate panning whilst maintaining our compound range, we hope to move into Premium Chocolate Enrobing by Early 2018.
